Shipping policy

We ship only to eligible addresses within the United States using ground or surface service suitable for perfume. Express, air and international shipping are not offered. Orders can be accepted only where an eligible surface service is available.

Shipping costs $5.99 for orders under $60. Shipping is free for orders of $60 or more, calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Handling takes 1–3 business days before carrier acceptance. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal and carrier holidays. Carrier transit time is separate from handling time. Any carrier delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Creating a label does not mean the carrier has received the parcel.

Shipping charges are shown before checkout is completed. Tracking is provided when an order ships. If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will contact you about a revised date or cancellation and refund. We will not substitute another fragrance without your agreement.
